PulseOn Oy (“PulseOn”) hereby warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship resulting in product failure during normal usage for the number of years specified on documentation accompanying the product, or previously agreed to by the purchaser and PulseOn, or if not otherwise noted, for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.

Before returning any devices to the manufacturer, they shall be cleaned as instructed in the system user guide. 

PulseOn strives to act promptly on replacement needs. However, the company is unable to provide compensation of any sort.
